Hey There, We’re Abbey & Josh!

We’re just a couple of nerds who met at film school and who love telling love stories. We’re passionate about supporting and serving Catholic couples as they enter into the Sacrament of Marriage. That’s why we started our wedding creative studio, Abbey Rez Photography & Film. We can’t wait to meet with you and hear more about your love story and how we can serve you on your wedding day!

We are Catholic first and artists second. We have a great love for the Eucharist and the Sacrament that is taking place on your wedding day. We know how to move about the church in a way that is respectful while also being able to get all the beautiful angles to capture each moment, making sure Christ stays the focus of your day!

The Abbey Rez Studio Experience

  • 1. Let's Chat

    After filling out our inquiry form, we would love to find a time to chat with the two of you! This lets us get to know you both, walk you through our process, and answer all of your questions. Think of it as a virtual double date!

  • 2. Book Your Date

    Now to secure your date! If it seems like we’re a good fit for your day, we move onto the booking process. After this, your date is officially locked in!

  • 3. The Engagement Session

    Now for the fun part! Time for an engagement session. During your session, we will practice some fun poses to use during your wedding day and have a blast capturing some beautiful images for your save-the-dates!

  • 4. Timeline Planning

    Two weeks before your wedding day, we will hop on a call to go over the timeline together. This helps us all get on the same page and be ready for the big day!

  • 5. Your Wedding Day!

    It’s finally here! We can’t wait to celebrate with you and capture all the beautiful moments of your day!

  • 6. You Gallery is ready!

    When your photos are ready, you will receive an online gallery for you to download, print, and share! Don’t forget to hang them on the walls where you can look at them every day!
